I'm one that has always dealt with dry skin...Like Sahara Desert dry, so I am constantly having to moisturize. On my recent trip out to the Great Southwest (Arizona and Nevada), I could FEEL every ounce of moisture just being pulled from my already dry skin. My mom, on the other hand, deals with oily skin, so it's not like I can blame genetics! One thing that is important to know, though, is that even if you have oily skin, it is still important that you do keep your skin hydrated. When cleaning your body and face, if you strip off all those natural oils your body produces, it will kick into overtime to refresh with more oil produced and that is NOT what you want. You want balance...here are some tips and product ideas for finding that balance!
